Officiant Services

Assistance with obtaining and filing your marriage license as needed.

A one-on-one meeting to get to know each other, where we play my wedding version of 20 questions! I will use the answers to help me understand your wishes and expectations for the service. 

I will write a heartfelt ceremony which will be personally crafted to capture your unique love story or wishes for the future together. The ceremony speech will be written and framed for you to keep forever after, as a gift after the license signing. 

All services are priced by the length of the ceremony you prefer, not the number of loved ones attending your special moment.

Day-of Wedding Coordination

For the couples who have already handled the procurement and organization of all the moving parts for the ceremony and reception. All weddings, big or small, need an experienced coordinator to ensure all of those carefully planned details are followed and in order. I believe you shouldn't have to work on your wedding day to prepare every final detail! Feel free to spend the day with your party getting ready, taking as many photos as possible, and enjoying the moment. Leave any decorating and vendor management stress to me.

This includes: The creation of the master checklist and timeline. Management and confirmation of arrival times for all vendors, then assist them as needed. Keeping the timeline of the wedding throughout the event. Set up, tear down, and the arrangement of all parts in between- tables, chairs, linens, printed materials, signage, lights, decor, and florals. 

Partial Wedding Planning

For those who have already started planning or only need assistance with a few aspects of their big day. I would be honored to work alongside you to design, organize, and manage as you see fit.

Full Service Wedding Planner

The procurement and scheduling of such an event can be a daunting task. Trust me to do the leg work for you and bring your wishes to life for this special day! Enjoy the planning part of the wedding by having an experienced professional guide you through the process and ask all the questions you might not have thought of. Utilize any previous vendors, vendor knowledge, or planning experience I have to your benefit.

This package includes the management of all the above categories that are often necessary for a wedding ceremony and reception! In addition, you can rely on me for all vendor communications and help with negotiations, budget management, assistance with obtaining or creating decorations, favors, or personal gifts, and post-reception tear-down, walk-throughs, and rental returns as needed.

Event Planning: Referring to the categories mentioned above, some of these aspects may be needed for your event as well. Party services will be priced based on the complexity of the event, not the number of guests you're expecting.
