Kassadye & Matt's Wedding
Reserved for the Bride & Grooms Testimonials
Kassadye and Matt were married in early March this year at the luxurious Lizton Lodge in Indiana. Surrounded by 100 of their closest friends and family members, they had an intimate ceremony that was captivating, comical, and endearing.
The ceremony was held in the ballroom with simple and elegant decor, leaving the custom craftsmanship of the rooms woodwork and chandelier to do most of the jaw-dropping.
This picture-perfect family was dressed to impress. The beautiful bride stole the show in her handmade gown, the groom looked exquisite in an all-black tux, and their sharply dressed twin boys in their tuxes were an adorable sight you couldn't help but be in awe over.
Following the ceremony, a cocktail hour was held in the commons area while a caricature artist was set up in the courtyard for family and friends to pose for and enjoy.
The reception was held in the white hall that was aesthetically decorated in classic black and white. Greenery, white roses, and candles dressed the tables and added to the atmosphere when the lights were turned down later in the evening.
A comical and entertaining introduction of their bridal party was succeeded by the grand entrance of the Bride and Groom. They cut their ceremonial cake before a delicious plated dinner was served.
The maid of honor and best men gave loving and beautiful toasts to the newlyweds before they shared their first dance.
The lights were lowered as the Bride and Groom made their way to the center of the room. "Falling Like Stars" by James Arthur began to play as cool white fog began to fill the room. In one of the most romantic and moving displays of love and intimacy, the entire room full of family and friends was in complete awe and teary eyed as they danced together below the chandelier.
The beautiful and talented bride Kassadye had a vision in mind for her special day and planned the entire wedding herself. When she contacted me, she already had an extensive timeline and checklist in process for me to take over, organize, and add to. As we inched closer to their special day, I combined the timelines from all the vendors and organized the days itinerary that started before sunrise and concluded at midnight, as well as a master checklist for decorations and vendors.
During the wedding rehearsal, the Bride and I went room by room to discuss her wishes and floor plans. I sat down with the venue to review the timeline and policies. We unloaded all of their decorations and pulled rented materials for setup the next day. I organized the basic setup of the ceremony & reception area was prepared before taking off for the rehearsal dinner with their families and bridal party.
I worked alongside nine total vendors to fulfill a beautiful and picture-perfect day for the bride and groom. After the ceremony, the ballroom was converted to serve a delicious hot dinner. An open bar with couple's choice cocktails was available in the commons area throughout the evening. The disc jockey kept the party dance floor hopping throughout the evening, as well as assisted me with keeping the wedding timeline. Finally, the photographer and videographer did an amazing job of capturing the day's events.
It was an honor and pleasure to coordinate the events of Kassadye and Matt's Wedding. Their friends are amazing and their family is a blast! Thank you to the beautiful bride who gave me the opportunity to assist her on such a special day. I hope it was everything you had hoped for and wish your beautiful little family more wonderful memories to come.
